From Puglia with taste

It starts from th morning, when the smell of ragu replaces the one of coffee. You wake up early to cook, because in Puglia, Sunday is not a day like the others. It is the occasion to gather around the table, the time when family warmth mixes with unmistakable scents and tastes.

A tradition that Ricci Osteria reproposes in Milan every Sunday at lunchtime, with a fixed menu designed to bring guests to the heart of Puglia.

with ragout in Manduria tomatoe sauce

Sporcamuss (pastry) with vanilla cream and red fruits
